There are no words powerful enough to emphasize how important basic scientific knowledge has been and will be in each and everyone's future.We take for granted the development of our modern world and know so little about how much is owed by so many to those few basic researchers that over the eons have been looking into how nature works. Basic research science is the least understood, even among scientist, it is the most fragile of disciplines, and it has a funding that is almost negligently neglected.We pivotally need your help to champion through our government officials more funding for basic research especially at the university level . We need to educate, encourage our leaders to support this most important work.
